I offer 20 minute consultations for new clients. This is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. This also gives me a chance to better understand what kind of work you are hoping to do in therapy.
I offer Couples Therapy for people looking to work through relationship challenges with compassion, support, and curiosity for each other.
In individual therapy sessions we will work together to find a way to best support your experiences in the world. The Gestalt way emphasizes the benefits of experimenting with different ways to be with our suffering as a way to naturally shift into a place of self awareness.
My interest in Gestalt psychotherapy stems from my belief that a meaningful encounter with another person can be deeply healing. My work is informed by my knowledge and ongoing training of embodied anti-oppressive therapy practices. I am a lover of books and of learning. I always aim to meet my clients with humility and an open heart.
